SNR-CD760 Desktop Key Card Dispenser
Desktop key card dispenser for hotel front desks and self-service systems, supporting card issuing, collection, optional recirculation and third-party encoder integration.
Card dispensers are card-handling modules designed for automatic card issuing, collection and recycling in self-service kiosks and unattended terminals. SNROKIOSK provides card dispenser solutions for standard ISO cards and project-specific applications, including RFID card reading, encoding and third-party reader integration.
Our modules are mainly used by kiosk manufacturers, system integrators and solution providers for hotel self check-in, parking, visitor management, ticketing and access-control projects.
Selecting the right model depends mainly on how the card needs to move through your system:
We provide communication protocols, SDK/demo software, test tools and 3D mechanical drawings to support software integration, functional testing and kiosk enclosure design.

A card dispenser should be selected according to the complete card-handling workflow, not only by card capacity or physical dimensions. Before prototype integration, confirm how the card enters, moves through and leaves the system, and whether reading, writing, collection or recycling is required.
Confirm the card dimensions, thickness, material and surface condition. Standard CR80 cards are widely used, but supported thickness and card characteristics vary between dispenser models.
Define whether the kiosk needs simple card issuing, issuing with collection, reusable-card recycling, or controlled positioning for reading and encoding.
If card data must be read or written before dispensing, confirm the card technology and whether an integrated reader or an existing third-party encoder will be used.
Confirm the host operating system, available communication interfaces and how the kiosk application will control card movement and receive device status.
Check the dispenser dimensions, card-loading access, card outlet position, cable routing and maintenance space before the kiosk enclosure is finalized.
Test the actual cards, communication commands, reader or encoder and required error-handling workflow before moving from prototype to volume production.
The card dispenser and the card reader or encoder perform different roles in a self-service system. The dispenser controls physical card handling such as feeding, positioning, dispensing, collecting and recycling. The reader or encoder handles card identification, authentication and data reading or writing.
For standard RFID applications, selected card dispenser configurations can work with an integrated contactless reader. For projects using an existing card system, a separate reader or third-party encoder may be the better approach. This is especially important in hotel projects, where using the same 13.56MHz frequency or MIFARE card technology does not automatically guarantee compatibility with the hotel lock system.
In this type of architecture, the host application normally coordinates the complete sequence: move card to the processing position → read or encode the card → verify the result → dispense, collect or recycle the card.
Issue hotel key cards after check-in and room assignment. Projects can integrate the original hotel-lock encoder when required, while recycling configurations can support returned-card reuse.
Hotel Self Check-in Solution →Dispense RFID cards or physical credentials at the entrance and combine card collection or reading functions with the exit workflow.
Parking Kiosk Solution →Automatically issue visitor or access cards and collect them when visitors leave. Recycling can be used when cards are returned to the reusable card pool.
Visitor Management Solution →Issue RFID ticket cards, membership credentials or access cards as part of an automated self-service transaction.
Ticketing Kiosk Solution →Card collection moves a returned, failed or retained card into a separate collection area. Card recycling returns an accepted card to reusable storage so that it can be issued again. Recycling is useful when the same physical cards are repeatedly returned and reissued.
Yes, depending on the dispenser structure and the reader or encoder dimensions. The card must be positioned correctly relative to the reader antenna or encoding area. Mechanical space, antenna position, required reading distance and software control should be confirmed before integration.
No. Frequency alone does not determine compatibility. The actual card technology, protocol, security keys, data structure and application requirements must also be compatible. This is particularly important for hotel key cards and other secured card systems.
Please provide the card size, thickness and technology, required card workflow, reader or encoder requirements, host operating system, communication interface, available installation space and expected project quantity.
Yes. Actual-card testing is recommended before enclosure finalization and volume production, especially when the cards have unusual thickness, surface treatment, embossing or other non-standard characteristics.
